1. Minimum order $200.
2. All accounts strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
3. First order on a proforma basis, with no settlement discount.
4. Settlement discount 3% for payment received within 10 days.
5. Returns will only be accepted upon prior notification & agreement.
6. No claim for shortages or discrepencies will be accepted after 14 days from the receipt of goods.
7. All goods will remain the property of Alluring Linens P/L, until final settlement of the account.
